The construction of complete water-tube boilers or of specific components to undertake big repairs and updates is one of Termisa Energía areas of expertise. The fields of application in the industry are many and very different: power stations, chemical and petrochemical plants, cellulose, paper and sugar manufacturing, etc.

- Pressure rang up to 150 bar.

A water-tube boiler for a plant propriety of Repsol Química through DBEMA Energia y Medioambiente.
The development of this project has involved:
- Basic and detailed engineering.
- Construction.
- Assembly.
- Start-up and testing.
The plant is equipped with 4 burners running with 3 fuels (Fuel Oil, Natural Gas and Off Gas) and having Off Gas as preferred fuel.
The equipment has a complete analysis system and Burner Management System (BMS) by means of a Fail-Safe system and boiler control by Distributed control system (SCD).

The development of this project has involved:
- Basic and detailed engineering.

- Assembly.
- Start-up and testing.
Moreover, we provided the turnkey delivery of the whole Natural Gas supply system as well as the supply and combustion system of Biogas proceeding from Water Treatment Plants, and the delivery of a high pressure Regulating and Metering Station (25.000 Nm3/h) for boilers and driers.
